Is member admission open?

Member admission is open. Admission takes place after the requirements have been reviewed and in the order in which requests are received.

What admission conditions apply?

The one-time admission contribution is 100 €. The monthly basic fee is 5 €. Consumption-related contributions are shown separately and depend on the respective supply.

Why do you call yourselves a cultivation association and not a Cannabis Social Club?

The term cultivation association describes the legal and organizational framework more precisely. The focus is collective self-cultivation within a licensed association, with documented processes and distribution only to members.

Is Green Leaf Society e.V. a licensed cultivation association?

Yes. Green Leaf Society e.V. is a licensed cultivation association in Berlin-Marzahn-Hellersdorf.

What does “led by women” mean?

Green Leaf Society e.V. was built by women and is led responsibly. Clear responsibilities, documented processes and respectful association work are central.

Membership

Requirements, rights and duties

What are the requirements for membership?

Requirements include being of legal age, residence or habitual stay in Germany and confirmation that you are not a member of another cultivation association. Admission takes place only after review by the association.

What rights do members have?

Within the legal framework and association rules, members may receive cannabis for personal use. Scope, process and requirements depend on legal limits, availability and internal rules.

What duties come with membership?

Members pay the required contributions and comply with association rules. The KCanG also provides for active participation in collective self-cultivation or directly related activities.

What is the Starter Membership?

The Starter Membership is a three-month temporary membership at Green Leaf Society e.V. It allows people to get to know the association, its processes and this form of collective supply within a regulated framework. It ends automatically after three months.

Does the Starter Membership renew automatically?

No. The Starter Membership ends automatically after three months and does not continue automatically.

Can regular membership be started afterwards?

A regular membership can be requested afterwards. The association reviews whether admission is possible. The regular admission fee is 100 €, the annual membership contribution is 60 €. If regular membership is confirmed after Starter Membership, 35 € are credited toward the admission fee.

Which strains are available to Starter members?

Starter members have access to the association’s four core strains. Special strains, further test genetics and internal special quotas remain reserved for regular members.

What quota applies to Starter members?

The Starter Membership includes a quota of 20 g for the entire three-month period. The contribution is 249 €. An increase can be reviewed if needed, subject to availability, legal requirements and association rules.

When are strains selected?

The desired strains are already indicated in the admission request. The selection is used for preparation and is subject to availability and review by the association.

Can something be collected directly at verification?

If admission is confirmed, verification can be combined with the first collection. Complete documents and availability of the selected strains are required.

Do Starter members receive a membership card?

Starter members receive a provisional membership card for the period of the temporary membership.

Why does Green Leaf Society e.V. offer a Starter Membership?

It is not a marketing offer, but a low-threshold way to get to know a cultivation association under real association conditions. Green Leaf Society e.V. wants to provide factual orientation and show that collective self-cultivation can be responsible, transparent and clearly organized.

What measures exist to protect minors and prevent addiction?

Green Leaf Society e.V. observes the legal requirements for health and youth protection. This includes checking membership requirements, preventing access by minors and maintaining a health and youth protection concept.

No. Green Leaf Society e.V. does not offer medical cannabis or medical advice and is not responsible for medical use, dosage, medication or interactions.

What are the current membership contributions?

The one-time admission contribution is 100 €. The monthly basic fee is 5 €. Additional consumption-related contributions may apply.

What does “from 8.20 € net plus VAT” mean?

This refers to the supply-related additional contribution. It starts at 8.20 € net plus VAT. Admission contribution, basic contribution and further conditions are shown separately.

Can the credit for cannabis supply be adjusted individually?

The credit payment for cannabis supply can be adjusted within the intended framework. Details depend on membership model, availability and association rules.

Cultivation and distribution

Quantities and collection

Are there limits on distribution quantities?

Yes. For people aged 21 or older, the maximum monthly quantity is up to 50 g of cannabis flowers. Persons under 21 may receive a maximum of 30 g. Legal requirements and association rules must be observed.

Can I come by spontaneously?

No. There is no spontaneous distribution and no supply for walk-in customers. Confirmed membership, identification and compliance with association rules are required.

Where is the collection point?

The collection point is located at Allee der Kosmonauten 26, 12681 Berlin. Collections take place only after confirmation and according to association rules.

Can strains be selected?

After confirmed admission, strain preferences can be stated in the intended process. Selection is always subject to availability, legal limits and association rules.

Ending membership

Withdrawal, exclusion and consequences

Under what circumstances can membership end?

Membership can end by withdrawal, exclusion, death or permanent relocation from Germany. Exclusion may occur especially in case of violations of association rules or impairment of association life. A minimum membership period of three months applies.

What are the consequences of withdrawal or exclusion?

When membership ends, claims from the membership relationship expire. Existing obligations, such as unpaid contributions or return of association equipment, may continue.
